Livin' Lime Life


Life is not simple.

We believe life is like a lime. With each bite, it can be tangy, sour, or sweet.

It is our desire to share life lessons and offer a new perspective so you can create peace in a very stressful world.  Please check back frequently for your daily dose of Livin' Lime.  New content will be added regularly.

Here are the first three steps to Livin’ Lime.

• Take a moment for appreciation!

Think about the things that give you joy: the ocean, your dog, a flower, your family.  Bring them into your heart.  Then, at least once a day, step aside from your hurried life to really take notice.  Give yourself a few minutes of joy.

• Find humor in the moment.

No matter how bad it gets, find something funny about the situation (we can always find something to make us laugh).  A light-hearted approach to stressful situations will help you get through the day.

• Put effort into being a good friend.

Love and accept your friends for who they are.  Drop everything for a friend in need.   Share in triumphs and assist in tragedy.  Be aware of the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships.  Don't give affection easily, but don't give up too quickly, either.
